Tempoary domain

I just purchased Alicommerce and 'm creating a new site for my company.  I'd like to use alicommerce on a tempoarary domain while I'm building the site (for example temp.domain.com) and then later (in a couple of weeks) move it to www.domain.com.
 
Can we do this?
