I can't remember where to set this, but how can I get the shopping cart to not remember field data?

We're set up to allow anonymous checkout, but not create an account for anonymous users. Each customer shouldn't see the previous customer's address & phone, but they are pre-populated. Shop is at https://www.uspa.org/USPAShop/tabid/353/Default.aspx

Actually it is a large problem. The problem isn't that people are seeing other people's cart contents (they aren't) - they are seeing the other person's name, address and phone number on the first page of the checkout, without either person ever having been logged in. No one has user accounts on our site. We are using anonymous checkout.

This is not two people on the same computer, either. This is different people on different computers around the world, none of whom have user accounts - which means they cannot be logged in.

This has been fixed in alicommerce 2.0.5, so the hot fix you mentioned is not needed any more.
