In checkout before typign in all your details etc, actualy this will be available in your cart.. some text like the following:

This will open the delivery calculator in a new window

And a little image or something saying "Whats the delivery charge?

This will popup a window where users can type in there State, better yet postcode, once postcodes are implemented, and they will be able to get the shipping charge before they enter all there details, at the moment they have no idea when they will know how much they are going to pay.

Of course this is an additional nice feature, I would like to see the main problem of shipping at the moment, stated in the payment and shipping thread. Stopping me to setup more sites, and finish the one I am currently working on.
