Hi is it possible to get it to display shipping costs in mini cart and main cart, before going through the checkout steps?

I just dont want it added to total, I need something saying shipping- $20

then it can total it.

*Note. I noticed when going through the checkout steps, but then going back to store before paying, it then adds shipping amount into total on mini cart etc, without indicating it is a shipping charge..

 *edit* Is it because depending on what state people are from, depends on what shipping rule it uses?,

*edit* can shipping also be determined by postcodes?

Ok i have a shipping rule for each state, is it possible to then make another 8 shipping rules but for another category, my other type of products need to run off the different rules.

How can this be achieved

Yea like, by category or whateva, Is this going to be introduced, I need this in a month
