PayPal Express Checkout failed. Please contact store for more information. 

Hi!

I'm keep getting the error message "PayPal Express Checkout failed. Please contact store for more information."

I've tried it in production and test mode but it keeps comming. Also restarted teh application. Please help!

Which version are you running? What's in as_c_eventlog table?

Thanks for you reaction. I'm running DNN 4.8.4 and sorry i don't know where I can find the logfile? Where is it located?

Please open your database and it's in as_c_eventlog table.

Select the table name, right click your mouse, select Open Table in pop up menu.

You should use API credentials from a real PayPal account in production mode and API credentials from a test PayPal account in test mode. Mixing them up will lead to PayPal Express Checkout failing.

I'm also experiencing the same problem. I've double checked the sandbox API credentials, but I'm still getting the same error.
