Call us to arrange a payment after purchase.

Is it possible to change this to say "We will call you to arrange payment" on step 2 of the checkout process?

The message is in the following resource file and you can change it to whatever you want.

so if it is changed here would that message be the same for all stores / portals or is it portal/store specific?
