Which version are you running? dnn version? Any message in event log? Did it stop working or never worked?

AliCommerce version 1.02.08 ... DNN version 4.7.0.  No errors in the event log.  I did get emails when I originally set it up, but once I configured it, I got the error message I said before.

I think I have fixed it. I changed your store admin email address to my hotmail address. When I place an order. I received my order receipt at info@xxxxx.com and my new order notification at my hotmail address.

Looks like you use squre bracket in product name, which kind of confused alicommerce.

After I changed " Understanding Turf Management [Hard Copy]" to " Understanding Turf Management (Hard Copy)" and "Athletic Field Construction Manual [Electronic copy]" to "Athletic Field Construction Manual (Electronic copy)", I can send emails from store admin without any problems. Take a look at order 1026 and 1026 for an example.
