When i add the Your Account module to a blank page it changes the page into a page like the Admin page where you can't add other modules on it.
I like to add promo stuff into the page where the Your Account modules is placed, but i can't change the layout anymore.

Is there a way that i can change the page with the Your Account module into a normal page?

The suggested changes were already present, so nothing is changed.
As far as i can see everything seems to work in the Your Account module, except that it "claims" the page like the DNN Admin en DNN Host pages.
The Store Admin page shows the same symptom. Because i don't want customers to have access in there it is no problem.

When i create a new page i'm able to add a HTML/text module as expected. But when i add the Your Account module in the same page right after i added an HTML/text module the added Your Account module "claims" the page completely and "wipes" the just added HTML/text module off the page.
After this i can't add any more modules to this page and the grid in the skin design also disappears.

A fix on this would be appreciated very much.

It seems that i'm missing some crucial thing in your suggestion. Unfortunately i still don't see any difference between what you suggest and what is already configured by the default installation. What did you do exactly?
