Just upgraded to 2.0.5 from 1.2.8. When I logged off and tried to enter an order as an anonymous user when I get to step 2 of checkout I can enter credit card and select shipping but there is no button for next. All there is is a button for previous and a text link for review order. What is my problem and how do I fix it?
