We have a really interesting new problem today! When viewing our main store, halfoffdepot.com, in "Low to High" mode — which, as you know, is the system default, and I'm not sure I have the power to change that — a product called "4th and Swift" is excluded, and two products ("Doc Chey's" and "Stella") are shown twice, both on Page 2 and Page 3 of the listing.

How can this be?

In every other view mode, the items display correctly.

Also, and this is a separate problem but we have been inundated with it this week and it may be related, categories are dropping off our items without anyone taking them out. Items are falling out of category display because the categories have mysteriously unchecked themselves. It has happened about half a dozen times and there is no explanation that we can find. Any suggestions?
