When I try to install almost any module, I get the following error on the page:

A critical error has occurred.
The type initializer for 'AliSuite.Core.DependencyInjector' threw an exception.

THe only module I dont' get an error on is the Store Admin module. If I try to install that the site just hangs. Eventually I have to restart the site and the page on which I tried to install the module is corrupt. The docs to download appear to be a broken link. The accompanying download is just a GIF which is of no use. Please help.
