What's involved in configuring products to sell as downloads only? Is there any documentation about this?

Hi Frank:

I am tweaking the site to improve conversion and during my analysis I realized that I cannot add custom fields to the Account Page where billing and shipping info is collected.  I need to confirm  the name and e-mail of the end-user to put out an order to Oracle with the proper licensing info.

Often those who buy the software are not the ones using it and I need to account for it in my process. Would you have any work arounds or solutions?

Furthermore, I am trying top upload 63mb file and my servers always time out... After testing it out, I realized that you have a mechanism for filing and storing files.... so manually uploading using FTP appears to be out of the question....is there any way around this also?

Thanks for the advice, the FTP file worked like a charm. However, I am unsure what tags I should modify to get the hidden fields to appear in the addresseditor.acsx file.

That worked perfectly, I was not looking at the right place in the code. Do you happen to know how I could change the default sort order on the catalog page?
