I'm recieving this error during the check process when confirming the order.

Also I'm running DNN version 04.08.02 and Alicommerce v2 with hot fix applied.

Please help this is now running on a live site for my client.

Did the checkout never work or it stopped working sometime?

Did you apply 2.0.4 hot fix to your store? If yes, you're running alicommerce 2.0.3 and you should not have done that. To rectify this, please upgrade your store to alicommerce 2.0.4 using upgrade package and re-apply the hot fix.

Make sure you back up your store first, both dnn directory and database.

By the way, did you have back up of your store before applying hot fix? If yes, please keep it, as we might need it.

We have a backup prior to the upgrade but it doesn't contain all of the product data in the Store.  Is there anything that comes to mind that I need to be concerned about or check for?
