Running 2.0

When I go into the Store, the Product List is empty.

1) If I have 1 category, how do I get the Product List to automatically open for this 1 category.  I must click the single category for the
Product List to display.

2) If I have 2 or more categories, can I designate 1 category/Product List to open when I enter the Store?
